We have confirmed that everything is back to normal operations. If you are experiencing any audio quality issues, please contact our support team at 855-TELONIUM.

Inbound/Outbound Media Server

Engineers have reported that the network level and server load is back showing normal levels. We will continue to monitor this to ensure the load balance.

We have been made aware that one of our data center is experience a higher to normal volume of traffic. The engineers on-site and working to mitigate any service outages, but some customers may experience calls not completing at times and/or sporadic call quality issues.
