Sporadic Increased Registrar Latency

We have been able to confirm that it has stabilized since the last incident. However, our engineers have scheduled a maintenance window tonight at midnight (ET) to troubleshoot further off-peak hours.

Sporadic Increased Registrar Latency

Our engineer team is currently aware of the sporadic and short-lived issue where phones are not receiving the responses from our registrar server in a timely manner, causing the phones to disconnect from our servers and show "amber" lights. We are currently investigation this issue. If you have a phone showing "amber", please reboot the phone to see if it restores the service.
