Device Registrar Performance Degradation

We have learned that customers using Comcast to connect to our service are affected by this performance degradation. As far as we know, we have not seen any service disruptions from customers outside of this network. If you currently use a different Internet provider and is experiencing this issue, please contact support@telonium.com with your reporting. Thank you.

Device Registrar Performance Degradation

The engineering team has identified an overloaded equipment and have taken proper actions to reallocate available resources for the time being. We will be watching the health of this equipment for next few days to ensure that no further problems occur and schedule a maintenance to upgrade the equipment for long-term solution. Please report any further issues to us as it occurs so that we can properly mitigate the issue. Thank you.

Device Registrar Performance Degradation

NOC has become aware of device registration load issue that may cause some customer's phone's to disconnect from the registrar, causing amber light or fast busy tone. We are currently working to distribute the load. If this occurs, short-term mitigation can be to restart the phone to re-register to the server.
