Device Registrar Performance Degradation

NOC has been monitoring this for several days and have put in place a secondary server to offload the connectivity issues over this past weekend. We have learned that customers using Comcast to connect to our service are affected by this performance degradation. As far as we know, we have not seen any service disruptions from customers outside of this network.
