Carrier Partner experiencing network issue

We are seeing more and more inbound calls coming from our carrier partner, but have not gotten an official word from them as of yet.. We are going to be monitoring and will advise when we receive an official resolution from our carrier.

Carrier Partner experiencing network issue

We have become aware of an issue that our partner carrier is experiencing, affecting some inbound calls to fail or receive dead-air. We are currently working to reroute toll-free numbers around the affected network, but we are unable to do such re-routing for the local numbers. We are in contact with this carrier to determine where the issue lies, and to provide you with further updates. No ETA has been issued as of yet.

Device Registrar Performance Degradation

NOC has been monitoring this for several days and have put in place a secondary server to offload the connectivity issues over this past weekend.
