Intermittent Outbound Call Failure

The affected carrier has confirmed that their outbound service has been restored. We have tested this and can confirm all outbound services are operational. If you are experiencing any further issue, please contact us at support@telonium.com.

We have put in place a temporary fix until the carrier issue is resolved. The outbound should be working at this time. If you have any issues on outbound calls, please contact us at support@telonium.com.

Intermittent Outbound Call Failure

Our engineers are seeing intermittent failures on outbound calls. This may cause forever ring, or call failure when making a call out. This also affects any call forwarding features, when the system is attempting to call out on your behalf. We are working with the outbound carriers to troubleshoot this as soon as possible.
