Data Center Outage

All servers have been restored to service. However, we are closely monitoring the health and operations of the servers today. If you still have an amber light on your phone or cannot make calls in or out. Please reboot the phone by power cycling. If you are experiencing any other issues, please contact the support team at 855-TELONIUM.

Data Center Outage

Just an update that we are still working on individual servers what have not been restored. Engineers have identified few faulty power ports, which has been replaced, and the servers are starting to come up.

NOC team has been aware of the partial power outage at the data center. The generator has been activated, but the servers are coming up slowing.. Again, we are working with the on-site engineers to restore the service as soon as possible.
