Our NOC team is aware of the momentary outage that may have affected some customers causing phones to go offline and/or showing amber lights. This was found due to a cluster failure, which all traffic was diverted to a backup cluster at that time. However, NOC team's response was able to restore the service to normal operation within few minutes on a failed cluster and all services should be stabilizing soon. If you still have any phones showing amber or is experiencing connectivity issues, please reboot the phone in attempts for the phones to retry connecting.
