NOC has been aware that one of the data center has experienced a network outage causing some phones to disconnect from the server. This was only experienced for short period of time and the service has been restored. If you are still experiencing any issues, please reboot the phone by power cycle them. Please contact the customer service if you are still experience any issues after the reboot.
