Received Fax Notification Failure

NOC has been made aware that the email server was affecting customer notification of the received faxes today. This has been resolved, but customer who believe that they have missed a fax should log into the customer portal at https://my.telonium.com and check the Fax Inbox. No received faxes have been dropped or lost during this time, simply the notification of received faxes has failed. If you are still experiencing any issues received email notifications, please contact our customer service for further troubleshooting. Thank you.
