We have been made aware that our customer portal has experienced an issue where we had to revert to an older version of the service. Although many basic functions such as configuration changes and the ability to check voicemail and faxes have been restored, we have not yet been able to fully restore all the features that were available before. Our engineering team is diligently working to restore all features as soon as possible on our customer portal.
This issue does not affect the call routing and call quality issues.
